Hey, I’m Sara!

I’m a lifelong athlete and lover of all things fitness and wellness. My fitness programs blend strength, core, and balance work to help you find the strength to be your best self. I am a NASM CPT and a certified Lagree instructor, and I’ve been teaching in the fitness industry since 2017. I hold a BS in Kinesiology from CSU Fresno, where I was a four-year D1 scholarship lacrosse athlete (go, dogs!). Daily movement is a privilege, food is medicine, and, more importantly, finding the balance between these and our busy lifestyles is key. My true passion is mindful movement that makes you feel GOOD, nutrition that fuels the body to feel its BEST, and sharing my health and wellness knowledge with others. Strong Core Fitness is my outlet to share, create, and connect with others. I would feel honored to work with you!
